We are working on our online store. Until it is finished your order can be placed in one of three ways IF your country is not served by one of our distributors or resellers.
1) Email: Send email to sales@drbottkg.de including what you would like to order, billing and shipping information and your order will be processed. If you prefer to send credit card information by fax it would be nice to receive your final order on that same fax.
2) Fax: You can send a fax to ++ 49 36738 43881 to place your order. You may fax the output of your purchasing system or a free-form typed order to place your order.
3) Telephone: You may also place your order by phone at ++ 49 36738 44630 (only resellers with an established account).
Shipping:
International: We ship Post-Premium. Rates vary by destination. Countries directly adjacent to Germany enjoy flat rates between 20 DM (10,23 EUR) and 30 DM (15,34 EUR) for a package of up to 10 kgs. Taxes and duty are not included and will be charged seperately by local authorities where applicable. Transit for the above areas is between 1 and 3 days, depending on the destination. Rates for other countries upon request.
Germany: We ship UPS Standard at an economical rate for shipments up to 32 kg. The rate varies by payment option and the number of articles ordered. Special arrangements for Express shipment, over-night or weekend delivery are readily made.
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Value added tax must be added where applicable (for national shipments in Germany the rate is 16% at the time of writing).
Payment for international orders:
Credit Card: You may pay for your order with any of the major credit cards (VISA/MC/AMEX). Please provide the card number, expiry date, card holder and address of the card holder if not identical to the shipping address.
Other: If the above does meet your needs we can make other arrangements such as prepayment, international postal money order, cash or international cheque. However, some methods may be subject to a surcharge due to inherent costs.
Payment for national orders:
C.O.D.: For national orders Cash On Delivery is the preferred arrangement for occasional or initial shipments. We ship UPS C.O.D., crossed cheques are acceptable. There is a surcharge for shipment by C.O.D. Returned checks are subject to a service charge. We are working to make C.O.D. available to destinations in the so-called Euro-countries, too.
Direct debit: National resellers with a proven track record may take part in our direct debit program. The customers account is debited once per week for all purchases in that week at preferential terms (currently 3% discount, subject to change). Again, we strive to make this service available to our resellers in selected Euro-countries.
Tax issues:
Value Added Tax: National orders are charged 16% Value Added Tax (MWSt.). For orders originating outside Germany but inside the EEC the same rate applies unless you can provide a valid VAT ID number. Orders with a VAT ID number or orders from outside the EEC are shipped tax-exempt - for these orders local customs will charge you your local equivalent of value added tax.
